I teach you techniques that assist with meditation and being present and mindful at each and every moment of your daily life. Each session is including gentle mindful yoga with complementary Pranayama (breathing) practice following with different styles of meditation at each session.

Meditation is also a therapeutic tool to deal with anxiety, stress, behavioural disorders, disturbing feelings and emotions, mental issues, grief, and more. Mindfulness helps you to stay in the meditation state and full awareness all the time in your daily life. The state that assists you to manage the stress, tackles the tough situations with control and power, be a creative problem solver, and more.
