Yoga for injury and chronic pain (Healing Yoga) - This specialized class uses a combination of Yin Yoga and Restorative yoga to treat back pain, shoulder issues, neck problems, knee pain, arthritis, pain management, and more. In this class, we give our body space and time it needs for an effective and long lasting self-healing process. Practitioners will receive personal attention and modifications that suit their individual situation. This class is a rare opportunity for those who seek for therapeutic yoga practice but cannot afford taking private sessions.



Chair Yoga - Is suitable for people who are not able or having difficulty in holding the standing postures, sitting on the floor, or need some sort of assistance to move their body. Older adults, round bodies, and post-injury bodies can use the benefits of chair yoga sessions.
Though chair yoga, practitioners gain required strength and flexibility while reassuring a safe practice. Over time they get strong enough to practice on their own and without a chair assistance. I provide practitioners with proper modification for each posture and exercise to make sure they get the most out of their practice in the safest way. 



Prenatal Yoga & Pilates - At Paisley, I use Yoga and Pilates to help pregnant women during and after their pregnancy which results in healthy pregnancy and childbirth while the body stays strong and in shape. This class helps with:
- Healthy development of the body during pregnancy and physiological changes
- Programming suitable yoga and Pilates exercises at all phases of gestation through proper modifications and using props
- Preparing the students for childbirth and offering yoga-based childbirth coaching to the couples




Postnatal Yoga & Pilates - Have you just delivered your precious package to this world?

Strengthen and restore your body and mind with other new moms or in your very own private sessions through gentle yet effective yoga and Pilates moves and postures. Strengthen abdominal muscles and release tension in the hips, abdomens, shoulders, and lower back. Paisley's Postnatal Yoga & Pilates classes are creatively designed to deliver a perfect balance of body flow, strengthening, breathing, relaxation, and alignment which also help with hormonal balance and depression.
